Thick and chunky, Giorgi is no regular hot sauce. Inspired by the Georgian dip (Stalin’s Georgia, not Ray’s) known as adjikaGiorgi is made from fresh bell peppers, scotch bonnets, coriander seeds, fenugreek, and a few other herbs and spices to give it a texture and flavour completely distinct from the standard vinegar-and-jalapeno hot sauces you’ll find online and in grocery stores.

Giorgi goes great as a spread on burgers and sandwiches, as a marinade for meats, or mixed with mayo as a quick-n-easy aioli with a Georgian twist.
